General provisions

  • This policy describes how personal data of visitors to anna-b-mp4.ru and clients of video editing services is processed.
  • Data controller (operator): Anna Konstantinovna Barabushkina, self-employed (professional income tax payer, Russia), taxpayer ID (INN) 220916808309.
  • The policy is based on Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data”.

Data processed

  • Name and contact details provided when getting in touch: phone number, email address, Telegram, WhatsApp or Instagram username.
  • Project details and related correspondence.
  • Payment details to the extent needed to accept payment and issue a receipt: payer name, amount and date. Bank card data is not stored.
  • Video and audio footage sent for editing, which may include images and voices of people.
  • Technical data: the site language cookie, as well as IP address and browser information in the hosting server logs.

Purposes of processing

  • Responding to inquiries and discussing projects.
  • Concluding and performing the video editing services agreement.
  • Accepting payments and issuing receipts via the “Moy Nalog” tax app.
  • Keeping the site running and secure.

The site does not use web analytics or advertising trackers.

Legal grounds

  • Performance of an agreement to which the data subject is a party.
  • Compliance with legal obligations, including tax obligations.
  • Consent of the data subject, given when getting in touch.

Client footage

  • Footage is used only to complete the order.
  • By sending footage, the client confirms they are entitled to provide it for editing, including images and voices of people in the frame.
  • A finished film may be shown in the portfolio only as described in the terms. If the client or the couple object, the film is not published.

Storage and transfer

  • Footage and project files are kept for 30 days after the film is accepted, then deleted.
  • Correspondence and contact details are kept no longer than necessary for the purposes of processing, or until consent is withdrawn.
  • Payment records are kept for the periods required by law.
  • Data is not sold or shared with third parties, except where needed to complete the order or required by law: messaging and file transfer services (Telegram, WhatsApp, email providers, Yandex Disk, Google Drive), banks and payment services, and the Russian Federal Tax Service (receipts).
  • Some of these services store data on servers outside Russia. By choosing such a service for communication or file transfer, the data subject agrees to cross-border data transfer.

Cookies

The site uses only a technical cookie that remembers the selected language. It is not used for tracking. Cookies can be disabled in browser settings.

Data protection

Only the operator has access to footage and correspondence. Files are kept on secured devices and in cloud storage with restricted access.

Data subject rights

  • Obtain information about the processing of their data.
  • Request correction, blocking or deletion of data.
  • Withdraw consent to processing.
  • Appeal the operator’s actions to Roskomnadzor or in court.
